Our staff of Engineers and designers have proven experience in providing expert analysis, effective and cost conscious design, construction administration and building commissioning for thousands of construction projects ranging from multi-story high rise office buildings down to small retail tenant improvements.

George Josephs, P.E.
President

George has over 13 years of Engineering, management and construction experience in a wide range of projects including design, specification and commissioning of HVAC, plumbing and process piping systems. He is a graduate of Michigan Technological University with a bachelors of science in mechanical engineering.

He is currently a registered Professional Engineer in Arizona, Nevada, California and New Mexico with several other states pending. George is a member of ASHRAE, the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI), the National Society of Professional Engineers (NSPE) and the American Society of Plumbing Engineers (ASPE).

Lonnie Lafferty
Plumbing Designer

Lonnie has extensive Plumbing design experience in most commercial aspects, including office, residential, hotel/casinos, manufacturing, retail, schools & medical projects, including high rise design. His education includes The Phoenix Institute of Technology. He has worked in the local Phoenix market since 1978, with project experience in many western states.

Brett Johnson, LEED AP
Mechanical Designer

Brett Johnson has been a mechanical designer/drafter since 1997 and is a LEED accredited professional.  He holds an associate’s degree in mechanical drafting and business systems and has continued his education through various programs offered by companies within the HVAC industry and is currently in line to start the registration process through the NCEES. 

Chad Rambo
Plumbing Designer
 
Chad Rambo has been in the mechanical-plumbing design field since 1992.  He holds an associates degree in Architecture from AAI.  Chad has extensive experience in the design of plumbing systems in commercial, golf course clubhouse, resorts, fire stations, office, retail, educational and residential projects.

Brian Merrick, CPD
Senior Mechanical and Plumbing Designer
 
Brian Merrick has over 13 years of design, construction administration and energy consultation in both mechanical and plumbing.  He has extensive experience in the design of schools, churches, and other acoustically and energy use sensitive projects and is certified in plumbing design by the American Society of Plumbing Engineers.  Brian is also an active member of the local ASPE chapter and is the regional delegate to the ASPE convention for 2008.

Brooke Ellis
Administrative Assistant
 
Brooke joined the firm in June of 2005 and is full to part time assisting in various office functions and reception duties while she continues her education.
